Wiki Improvements - Includes External PR

I want to modify the wiki but the current state does not allow this. Instead I cloned the wiki locally and pushed to a fork.

Includes:

Additional metadata options
[Migrated] Document missing events (sort of a fix for IdentityModel/oidc-client-js#1139)
Organized UserManager methods
Added missing UserManager methods (Fix IdentityModel/oidc-client-js#1253, Fix )
Add link to samples
Updated logging to include DEBUG (Fix IdentityModel/oidc-client-js#356)
Add refresh_token to User properties
[Migrated] Added UserManagerSetting stateStore

I opened up the wiki if you feel energized enough to add/fix some docs. I'm hesitant to leave it open forever -- not sure there's a good versioning process.

If the github wiki system doesn't feel right, maybe it could just move to a regular md file in the git repo that could accept PRs?
