Logout relaystate #380

The logout endpoint should support both next and RelayState parameters for post-login redirection, same as the login endpoint.

Please can you update https://github.com/IdentityPython/djangosaml2/blob/master/setup.py#L30 up to version 1.6.1?

or do you think that this is a major feature that required a 1.7.0? I'm ok with 1.6.1 but feel free to say yours
