zip file downloads don't work #829

Hey, I was just trying to download the compiled code from your project page, but alas all the links are broken.. might you have a look?

For example, this link doesn't work: https://thinktecture.blob.core.windows.net/identityserver2/thinktecture.identityserver.v2.2.zip
