Link and GitHub Pages broken #872

Hi,

The project page link in README.MD points to this URL: http://thinktecture.github.com/Thinktecture.IdentityServer.v2/

I believe the correct URL is http://identityserver.github.io/identityserver2 -- although this gives me a 404. It seems that you do have a gh-pages branch for this repository; perhaps the GitHub Pages build failed?
