IDX20803 Error when using Identity Server 4 on Linux Docker containers

I have been implementing Identity Server 4 to license my Blazor applications. I work in my local development environment, but I have problems running in the Docker container. I can generate an access token through the/connect/token endpoint, but when I try to use the token to access the protected API, the following exception occurs
