Unable to prompt user that uploading of photo is succcessful #23

To replicate:

  1. Go to Account Settings
  2. Change Photo
  3. Upload a photo

User is prompted to edit photo thumbnail

  1. Click Save

Nothing happens (at least that's what it seems) Photo is actually uploaded and updated but user is not prompted properly about this.
