Unable to trigger validation for Ninja - Gender #26

To replicate:

  1. Add Ninja
  2. Suffice First Name and Last Name
  3. Save

Record is saved successfully even if no Gender is specified. A validation should occur when trying to save Ninja with no specified Gender, unless it should not be required.
