New Berserker Spell: Intimidate #784

Spend some rage for a temporary debuff on your opponent eliminating any stacks of aegis they have. This would carve out a niche for crit builds.

Ongoing text: %Player is getting up in %Target‘s face!

Weight should be like 10-20 so as not to dip into berserk usage too much.

Don’t know how much rage it would use but it would have to be 25 minimum.

Could possibly have two levels with one having a longer duration. (Maybe apply a self buff to crit()? Don’t know how hard that would be)
