Anniversary Festivals & Achievement #786

When a player hits 1 full year's worth of in game steps (not the 1 year anniversary of start date, actual steps), generate a festival in their honor. Probably best, like most things in IdleLands, to have it also setup to trigger at each year mark as a way of recognizing the player's time invested into IdleLands.

The discussion at the time seems has developed this into two features.

  1. Step achievement. When a player hits 6,311,520 steps (the amount of steps in a year), they earn an achievement for a full year of IdleLands time.
  2. A festival is started at the join time & date for a player's yearly anniversary.

Rewards for achievement? I think a full in year in steps should offer a significant boost, perhaps a nice gold one, or my other idea is something like the Ancient achievement, a small percentage boost to many attributes. We're only just now getting the first players to reach this step count.

And what should the festival offer? My idea was to make it share the rewards from the step achievement for 24 hours. Any kind of restriction, like the player needs to be online at the time and date as well for it to trigger the festival?

Camping steps should be included in the calculation for the 1 year of steps.
