Added the following festivals:

1 week 10% combat stats: 7000 ILP.
1 week +20% Luck: 25,000 ILP.
1 week +100% Salvage 60,000 ILP.
Teleport: Homlet 5000 ILP.
1 day Effects Festival: gold(250) + xp(2) + glowing(1) + crit(1) + damageReduction(250) + hpregen(25): 1400 ILP.
1 week, same effects: 7000 ILP.
