Add 3 new player genders: Green, Blue and Gold Boss Monster.
Green Boss Monster sprite is earned through the Bossy achievement (tier 15).
Blue Boss Monster sprite is earned through the Bossy achievement (tier 30).
Gold Boss Monster sprite is an ILP purchase in the premium tab: 5000 ILP.
Update settings for a new map mechanic: the gambling table. In a future set of updates, a table that will grant the player a gambling choice in their choice log will be added to many of the current maps.
Update festival description for clarity. This server restart will also remove the old 'effects' festival and change the offered effects as follows:
Give the world +1% gold, +1% XP, +1% critical chance, +1% HP, and 1% MP for 1 day or 1 week.
