Add personality to not re-engage in battles you keep losing #824

there's a 60 sec rechallenge delay for losing people I´m losing xp by the billion though good! :D Perhaps introduce a personality ¨downer¨ -> ¨Don´t re-engage in battles you keep losing¨

This would require a new reduction to be made, where the default time is the one that is currently used (60sec). The personality would simply return a higher number for it.
