New region, treasures, collectibles #590 #892

Added 2 new collectibles to old bosses. Spot, the Dragon and The Lich Lord now have some useful collectibles. Added King's Treasure Room region: Located within are 4 new treasures, though you need the collectibles from certain bosses to advance through the rooms. Added 2 flavorText to collectibles. Added 4 treasure sets and 4 treasures.

edit: Fixed the Naga Necromancer level to 100.
