Make WebFE and IRC report lost XP and Gold from battles #908

WebFE and IRC don't currently report lost XP and Gold from battles. Would you please fix that? Thank you.

I don't know the feasibility of doing this offhand, as it would require doing some strange things to get that information and pass it along properly. Maybe in the future, but not anytime soon.
