performance issues #37

@latinx reports RAM issues, @rika314 reports CPU issues, I can't repro any of them, so we need to figure out a way to debug this

No GPU acceleration.

same issue with Intel Core i7-4700HQ 2.40GHz and 32GB RAM

All, I've worked on performance a little bit. It should be noticeably better in many tabs across the entire app, but let me know if it isn't. I'll look into a profiling tool if it's still unbearable.

Performance issues appear to only be happening in firefox now. Unsure of how to proceed, so I will be unfortunately deferring this.
