Dynamic Card Sets

The idea has two components:

• Cards in the current card set show the tier of the card you have in the progress tracker
• On the character page, you can choose to optimize some stat based on your currently unlocked cards

For the second part: The card set generator will tell you your best [number of card slots] cards for a certain stat. If you pick Accuracy, it will choose from your unlocked cards based on the following stats:

• % Accuracy
• Base Accuracy
• Secondary Accuracy (determined based on current class selected - Warriors will have STR cards shown)

Right now the card sets are just the card names without the effect information, I suggest to first start with #145 and add the card information there. We also gather the information of what is best for the named actions in the other feature, so we basically just need to hide cards that are not found yet and order cards by quality
