Good afternoon, error

Q1) i try to run ERGO-ii, but it popup with an error msg (UnboundLocalError: local variable 'version' referenced before assignment) may I ask what happens? Q2) http://tcr2.cs.biu.ac.il/home, it's not working, does it maintenance?
