All prerequisites are now placed inside a container.

Image building and execution commands added to README.

Would you mind removing the cart.bin file from the PR? I would like to avoid keeping potentially copyrighted ROMs in this repository. ;)

Already removed. Didn't even notice that I added it. Sorry for that.
