Ligature Broken in Windows #107

Describe the bug Ligatures is broken in Windows

Expected behavior Ligatures such as == or != works.

Operating system Windows 10

Software Everywhere i used it.

~Oh wait, apparently it is working in my editor (Lapce). Must be some weird bug about Windows. Sorry about that.~ EDIT: Forgot i was using old version.
