Added ≤, ≥ unicode glyphs #111

I noticed that there were no ≤, ≥ unicode glyphs, so I just copied the pixels from the ligatures file

It maybe not very annoying (or common), but the lines are connecting.

Good catch, thanks @Ciubix8513! The glyph used in the ligature is probably too wide as the ligature was meant to try and fill in the space of two characters. Might want to see if the glyphs can be shrunk down?

I don't think the they can be shrunk down. But i don't think it's a problem since there already are 6 wide glyphs like ☻(9787)

Each pixel "step" in the arrow bit thing is two pixels wide, maybe we would be able to make them only one pixel to shrink them horizontally?
