Can’t listen to music OSStatus error #3

When i try to play music i get this OSStatus error every time and it will say on the app it’s playing but it isn’t playing image

The creator of this app is restarting development, it should get patched.

I think if you pause then play it should work, correct me if I'm wrong.

trying it now on my ipod touch 4g ios 6.1.6 EDIT: Confirmed, doesen't work
