opening a specific IFC file seems to fail when hitting 44% in the standalone version of IFC++ #15

The problem has been reproduced on two different PCs running MS Windows 7. Same 
fail. Also, the popup window doesn't say what point (STEP line number) the IFC 
parser failed.

IFC file attached.

It was a bug in ProfileConverter. It is now fixed.
