Add introductory text to the gallery repo readme #36

Task

Go to the gallery repo, add the introductory text in the box below after the GADS project gallery title in the readme.

This repo is an extension of the [GADS project gallery doc repo](https://github.com/gads-projects/doc). Past and present Google Africa Developer Scholarship learners and mentors are welcome to add their GADS projects to this repo. **Please note** that GADS team will not come to the gallery to check your project. Please submit your projects as instructed by the GADS team first, before you come here to add your projects. [Read more about the project from the doc](https://obiagba-mary.gitbook.io/gads-projects/about-the-project).
