I wonder if what I am experiencing is an issue. My HLA typing data has a three-digit resolution; after analyzing it, I tried a two-digit resolution. I was surprised because only all DQA1 three-digit resolution alleles (four associations) disappeared after two-digit resolution. It is noteworthy that in two-digit resolution, all DQA1 alleles have "NCalc" in the results.
