✨ [feat] Added boosted playback for `/play` slash command #213

Things changed:

This PR adds a work-in-progress optional feature for the /play slash command which is the functionality to provide equalized / boosted playback. The feature utilizes ffmpeg's built-in filters and other optimizations to provide the users with modified music.
