[x] Updated configurations for text editors (Visual Studio Code), CIs (GitHub Actions) and formatting / linting packages (Ruff)
[x] Fully removed black and established ruff as the primary formatter and linter (batteries included).
[x] Fixed a bug which stopped the /help slash command from working.

Note that this version of IgKnite still uses Python 3.11 and not 3.12 which is still under testing.
