Things changed:

[x] Shift to Poetry as the main package & dependency manager for the project.
[x] Integrated the functionalities of reboot.py into main.py, will be updated even further later on.
[x] Updated Docker configuration (e.g. Developer Containers, Dockerfile & Docker Compose).
[x] Updated GitHub Actions & Dependabot options for coping with the partially new project structure.

Oh, I just noticed this. I don't really feel interested in this project anymore and consequently would like to step down. Not sure if this is even the appropriate place to say this, but I suppose it should be a transparent decision either way. I think three years of tinkering was enough to sort of burn me out on Discord bots as a whole.

@hitblast Excited to see what becomes of IgKnite in the future though. Hope we can work on some other ideas and projects soon :)

@furtidev Understandable. I suppose I should comply with the decision you've taken and keep IgKnite as-is, as one of our finest tinkering experiments ever. Better project ideas await.
