Error and laggy #267

Description

It's a bit laggy. And sometimes it shows error when it's being called to the vc. And when I command it to leave, it shows that it's not inside of any voice channel. But it's actually in there.

@dec1phr Well it's occurring due to an instability regarding our hosting servers. We'll soon be providing near-full uptime for our pre-hosted instance so hopefully the issue will be resolved soon. Thanks!
