[ATSPI] Add python version of `dump_tree_atspi` example #140

The example is copied into <BUILD>/examples/atspi, and can be run from there.

To allow that, symbolic links are created inside the examples dir for the files related to atspi_inspect python module, so that python can find the module there.

Pushed a couple of commits addressing review feedback, and adding a note in the README to mention the newly added Python example.
