Rename methods to lowercase per https://github.com/Igalia/AXAccess/issues/147
Move mac_inspect::AXAPINode::CreateForPID() to mac_inspect::findRootAXAPINodeForPID()
Make SWIG wrapped code consistently named axapi_inspect rather than mac_inspect (leaving mac_inspect as the namespace within C++ code).
