Add doxygen documentation to atspi_node.h #173

@joanmarie and @alice -- could you guys take a look at this and let me know if this is the right vibe/level of detail, before I get to documenting everything else?

Also @joanmarie specifically, I'm linking to these documents, is it the correction at-spi docs to link to, do you think? https://docs.gtk.org/atspi2/class.Accessible.html

FWIW, this looks good to me too.

It is hard to know which level of documentation is "enough" at this point. So expanding this effort incrementally and "on-demand" sounds like a good strategy.
