Make sure attribute hash exists #224

I'm not sure about the error message, and if we should also think now about how/when to mark an accessible as "deleted", and whether this is even a reliable tell, re: https://github.com/Igalia/acacia/issues/222

Also maybe we should do this for all objects, like lists as well, I just tried interfaces and it is successful even on a deleted node.
