wpewebkit,webkitgtk: bump to version 2.38.0 #409

This is the first stable release in the 2.38 series.

New media controls user interface style.
New API to set the web view’s default Content-Security-Policy, which can be used to implement support for web extensions.
New API to run asynchronous JavaScript functions.
New JavaScriptCore GLib API for typed arrays.
Support for using the remote inspector from other browsers, using the WEBKIT_INSPECTOR_HTTP_SERVER environment variable.
MediaSession is now enabled by default, allowing remote media control using the MPRIS D-Bus API.
Add support for displaying PDF documents using PDF.js.
Add support for generating crash reports using Breakpad.
The libnotify dependency has been removed.

Nice. Could you also take over the bump up of the recipe 2.36.7 to 2.36.8?

I think you can remove the old recipe for webkitgtk.

To move these flags to the wpewebkit.inc: https://github.com/Igalia/meta-webkit/blob/3ac132fcd654aae9bb818f06710ef3e7711efc1d/recipes-browser/wpewebkit/wpewebkit_2.36.7.bb#L14 and remove if from the recipes for 2.36.7 and 2.38.0
Update the RCONFLICT versions according with the minimum required for 2.36: https://github.com/Igalia/meta-webkit/blob/3ac132fcd654aae9bb818f06710ef3e7711efc1d/recipes-browser/wpewebkit/wpewebkit_2.36.7.bb#L12
Since wpebackend-fdo 0.12 is valid for both: wpe 2.36 and 2.38 ... I could suggest to remove also the wpebackend-fdo_1.10.0.bb

Yes I agree, I haven't seen anything wrong with it, and you know better than me anyway, OK from my side :)

You may want to pick the patch 0001-FELightningNEON.cpp-fails-to-build-NEON-fast-path-se.patch which I have included in the Buildroot update to 2.38, which fixes compilation of one of the NEON CSS filter fast paths—I still need to submit a proper patch to WebKit but the WIP version from there can be used in the meantime.
