Document a clear and concise description of how to build WebKit using devupstream #426

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

Developers are not aware, in general, of they can use the bleeding edge version of the WebKit components for WPE by adding include conf/include/webkit-bleeding.inc in the their local.conf.

Describe the solution you'd like

We should add a note about the recommended way of working with upstream in README.md. A clear and concise description of what you want to happen.
