Implement Week view

The week view will show the full week based on the day selected from the datepicker.

Requirements:

• Weeks will show weekends
• Weeks will show the week number (e.g., Week 52 for the last week of the year)
• In each day column, the total number of hours worked/used for leave will show
• Task cards will show in order of start time
• As long as a day is within with editable range (up to three weeks past), users can edit existing tasks or add new ones
• The 'new task' button shows on hover or on focus, but is otherwise hidden to keep interface cleaner
• Clicking on 'new task' or an existing task opens a modal with the Task Form
