Speed Dial on New Tab #1318

Is your feature request related to a problem? Please describe.

When creating a new page, the tab is always created with wolvic page, which seems improper. Even if the home-page or first-new-page can be set to Wolvic, it would be nice to have a set of common websites to launch directly from new tab.

Describe the solution you'd like

Addition of options in settings to change the new tab behavior to speed dial bookmarks, and change home page to custom sites or new tab page.

Describe alternatives you've considered

Alternative way is to use the bookmark button but needs creating and loading the default home page first.

Additional context

Common web browser behavior, expected configuration option implemented by all other desktop/mobile browsers.
