Deleted unused code.md file #193

It has been unreachable under wpewebkit.org/code for a while, but now it's integrated in get-wpe.html, so let's remove it.

Do we have a redirect from the old URL to the new one in place? Or anything showing the old URL is never visited? (I dislike just 404ing URLs.)

A crawler I run in the past showed that code/ was only linked wrongly from explore-wpe.html in a "contact us" link that should be a mailto: link instead, but that has been fixed and with that there is no any other place where this is referenced (which I confirmed by grepping the code).

From what I can tell, that code/ URL was plainly unaccessible
