Implement a scoring system and victory screen.

Victory requirements:

Chaos in all the kingdoms is below a set threshold (like 0)
Player fame is over a set threshold (so as to make sure all fame-related missions appeared)
Player's gold balance is positive.

Fame is used three-fold:

It progresses the story-line (sth like event FameReached adding storyline missions)
It makes ordinary missions and available heroes "better" (like, missions give more gold/reduce more chaos; heroes start on a higher level, etc.)
It has to reach a threshold to unlock victory.
