update project to work

Please review this PR and merge if it is acceptable. I've made the following changes

• updated selectors for searchResultsListItemCompanyName, jobDescription
• resolved issue for changeTextInput where it wasn't clearing previous input
• added some logic to fillTextFields so it defaults to 0 if text field is not in config.
• improve logic to select searchResultListItems in fetchJobLinksUser
• resolved city dropdown issue where city dropdown option must be clicked
• added caching to bypass login captcha when testing.
• added sigint event handler which properly closes chromium instances, preventing zombie processes

Hi @john-san , you've batched a bunch of "unrelated" changes under one commit labeled as "update project to work". Was the project not working before?

Preferably, split changes into various commits (with commit messages that give more info) under different branches to make tracking easier. Thanks
