Someone on anomale Discord asked about icons again, and made me realized I wrote a somewhat publishable guide in the past. Jokes on me I ended up rewriting most of it, but at least now people will have a centralized source of information about how icons work etc and how to create new icons for items.
Now that I figured out how to make forks and to create pull requests, I also went ahead and corrected the few mistakes that were contained in the NPC creation guide, as it has lead many people to not understand why their work wasn't working. While I was at it, I also improved the styling and added a small bit about how NPC can be spawned using simulation.ltx at the end.
