First of all, thank you very much for your contribution, for a beginner. Your technology is a good learning direction, I also downloaded it, but my system is WINDOWS 7 64 and VS2013, and I cannot use the .NET 4.6 version. Unable to compile. And there are too many errors. I am learning VB.NET. I cannot modify these errors independently. Your technology is up to date. Could you provide me with some low version of .NET for me and other novices to learn.

Hello @ht17085 , MaterialSkin (from IgnaceMaes) do not support a version lower than .NET 4.6. I recommend to you check for the follow repository.

Next time use a descriptible title using correctly the capital letters. Upgrade your Visual Studio to 2019, if not, then upgrade Windows.
