Applied minimum changes to compile for .Net 2.0

Not sure about one change in MaterialSkinManager.cs line 298. Though everything seemed to work correctly so far I tested (VS2015)

I appreciate the effort that you've put in this contribution.

I am not going to merge this because: • I want to keep the main project to use the later versions of .NET. I have no problems with supporting older versions, but I'd manage it in a separate branch. • You've bundled different commits in this pull request.
