Scrolling a virtualized igCombo with itemTemplate issues #2015

Scrolling a vritualized igCombo with itemTemplate barely moves the list.

Steps to reproduce

  1. Open http://jsfiddle.net/qaro129s/ from a touch device
  2. Scroll the combo list

Result

The list barely moves when touch scrolling

Expected result

Scrolling should be way more fluent as there is no itemTemplate: http://jsfiddle.net/ayevpL2n/
