Calendar weekend dates styling change #11978

We're updating the weekend dates in calendar / date picker / time picker in the UI kits to use the Active styling and NOT the Disabled one. This way they will look the same as the other weekdays in the month and we'll have a better differentitaion between them and those dates that are Disabled.
