Grid Excel Style Filter buttons missing border #14306

Description

There seem to be new borders for the sorting and moving buttons for ESF when hovering, but the left button is missing right border.

igniteui-angular version: 18.0.x
browser: any

Steps to reproduce

Open https://staging.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-angular/angular/components/grid/excel-style-filtering
Open the ESF for a column
Hover over the moving or sorting buttons

Result

For the left buttons there is missing right border.

Expected result

Both buttons should have similar look in terms of borders when hovering.
