Missing Release notes? #38

We need to have release notes for every public Nuget package version, even if that version is not adding new features or breaking changes.

Attempting to know what is changed between 22.1.41 and 22.1.76 ? Currently I have no idea.

I would have expected the new version to be mentioned in the changelog posted here at: https://www.infragistics.com/products/ignite-ui-blazor/blazor/components/general-changelog-dv

Now there is a 22.2.24 ?? release notes page still showing 22.1.76
