Description

IgbNumericFields display a warning to enter round numbers when decimals are added while in edit mode

Steps to reproduce

Navigate here https://www.infragistics.com/blazorsite/components/grids/data-grid-column-summaries
Enter 111.1 into a cell within Price column but remain in edit mode
Use the mouse and hover over the value

Result

Expected result

No warning
