Update CTA banners on Angular, App Builder and Indigo.Design help pages #377

We want to update the existing CTA banners on help docs with a new ones:

Ignite UI for Angular app-builder-wysiwyg indigo-design-transofrm-sketch-xd

Keep the tracking elements in place image

@dobromirts I have added the tracking elements in the document below. Most of the tracking bits remain the same. I have only updated the App Buildr and Indigo.Design ones
