Snackbar needs to be updated with latest modifications #1210

Please guys, update snackbar with the latest changes in figma. I added drop shadows for each light and dark versions.

Light theme uses Elevation 10 and Dark theme Elevation 11.

The specific properties for both elevations have been mentioned in the issue i just created about updating elevations in Web Components.
