Circular Progress

The progress circle doesn't seem accurate in Material. This is what we've provided for Material: 4px base; 6px progress line
The progress circle and the track circle don't seem accurate in Bootstrap. This is what we've provided for Bootstrap: 2px base; 2px progress line
